Loreta Andziulytė is a Partner and Attorney-at-Law at ECOVIS ProventusLaw, where she leads the firm’s Data Protection, Employment, and Corporate Commercial teams. She has more than 20 years of experience advising Lithuanian and international clients on complex legal, regulatory and strategic business matters.
She advises on employment law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, restructurings, commercial contracts, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and government relations. Loreta has particular experience supporting companies in regulated and innovation-driven sectors, including fintech, payments, financial services, technology, telecommunications and digital business.
Loreta is a certified data protection specialist (CIPP/E) and advises clients on GDPR compliance, privacy audits, data governance, cross-border data transfers, data breach response and regulatory investigations. She also advises on technology and ICT matters, including outsourcing, cybersecurity, DORA and AI-related compliance issues.
She is highly regarded in employment and labour law, advising employers on executive arrangements, dismissals, internal policies, workplace disputes, restructurings and workforce mobility.
