Currently Karina consults ECOVIS ProventusLaw FinTech clients regarding the licencing process. Her work involves preparation of the necessary documents for the companies seeking to obtain e-money or payment institution licences.

Her daily tasks also involve corporate governance issues – from the procedure of the establishment of the company to drafting various legal documents for the clients when the company is already established.

Karina is a member of ECOVIS ProventusLaw team since March of 2018 and she is an assistant attorney at law since October of 2018.

She is Vilnius University graduate.
