Indrė Remeikienė is an associate at ECOVIS ProventusLaw.

Her work involves drafting actions, appeals, claims, replies and other procedural documents for all court instances. She also has experience in advising Lithuanian and foreign companies on a wide range of company law issues, including corporate management, structuring management bodies, formation of companies, branches and representative offices, reorganisation, share and asset deals, other everyday corporate issues. Morevoer, Indre assists clients on family law, issues of nullity of transactions, public procurement and real estate.

Indre has joined ECOVIS Proventuslaw at the end of 2016.
